imoves wants to help keep primary aged children as active as possible by offering free access to their imovement platform. Some of their best resources including videos, music and lesson plans are now available free to help pupils stay active and healthy even when they can’t go to school.

The Body Coach Youtube channel. I’m sure that most of you are now aware of Joe Wicks, The Body Coach. He holds live PE lessons from 9am Monday-Friday.The sessions are aimed at children of all ages and are available on demand alongside a number of other short fun workout videos.

With children now being kept away from schools, add some football-related fun and activity to your day and find some inspiration from our SuperKicks programme, which aims to keep children active by playing football and sparking their imagination. All of the challenges have been designed and approved by FA coaches and produced so that parents/legal guardians can join children in safe spaces and outdoors to perform and practise.

This Girl Can Visit the websiteSport England’s This Girl Can campaign has teamed up with Disney to create fun dance routines to help parents get their kids active while listening to the songs they love. You can learn their moves or put your own spin on their routines. At the end of the day, it’s about breaking a sweat while having a bit of fun. 

Go Noodle Check it outGoNoodle engages 14 million kids every month with movement and mindfulness videos created by child development experts. Available for free for everyone to encourage fun home activity.

KidsRunFree

KidsRunFree have been activating children across the UK for over a decade and they want to continue to do so. They are uploading daily videos of games and activities that families can play together to help stay, fit and healthy.
