AUTUMN TERM SUCCESS FOR SUTTON SCHOOL IN VIRTUAL COMPETITIONS

VIRTUAL CROSS COUNTRY

The exciting news received at Christmas was that Sutton schools came first in the LYG Virtual Cross Country Competition. This was measured by participation, which meant that we had more students running a cross country run than any of the other 32 London boroughs!

More success was achieved in VIRTUAL SPORTS HALL ATHLETICS with the following results

YEAR 7 MALE – GOLD MEDAL – CARSHALTON BOYS
YEAR 8 FEMALE – SILVER MEDAL – GREENSHAW HIGH
YEAR 8 MALE – 8TH  – CARSHALTON BOYS
YEAR 5/6 – 13TH – CHEAM PARK FARM
YEAR 3/4 – 21ST  –  ALL SAINTS BENHILTON

Congratulations to all the schools that took part in these competitions in the autumn term. We really appreciate the time spent collating results for these events, especially where some schools delivered to whole year groups.
