COVID-19:Psychological Impact, Wellbeing and Mental Health

Last week, I completed this course. It was a three week course through Future Learn and the Maudsley Trust. It followed three people and their individual stories through this pandemic. Week 1 was about the Psychological Impact of COVID-19. We discussed how a person with existing mental health conditions, a key worker and an office worker are all managing. Week 2 was about managing Mental Health during COVID-19 again through the ‘eyes’ of the three individuals. Week 3 discussed-what next? How will life have changed and how we go forward? Everybody has been affected in various different ways and we should be mindful of the fact that many people will have found themselves in different working/family situations.

This was a fascinating, free course (£32 if you wanted a certificate and access to the course after you had completed it).
